Availability

All artwork and products are subject to availability.  Stock items will be despatched within two working days of receipt of cleared funds.   The buyer will be notified for any items that may take longer than ten days to be shipped.  The seller reserves the right to cancel any order.  Should this occur a full refund will be issued.

Payment

Customers can pay by most credit cards and debit cards.  Delivery will only occur after full payment has been received and cleared. 

Delivery Times

Products will be delivered to the shipping address submitted by the buyer at checkout on the website. Delivery is usually by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, and a signature is required.  International deliveries can be arranged, please contact me for further details.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with a product you will be offered a refund.  Please note, a handling charge will be applicable in some instances.

To qualify for any refund you must:

Advise within three days of delivery of any product(s)

• Goods are returned using a Courier Service approved by the seller
• Any items are returned within 14 days of purchase
• Goods are returned in the original condition and packaging.
• Custom items or products cannot be returned.
• The buyer is responsible for return deliveries, including all delivery and insurance costs.
• Any refund will only be made once the item(s) have been checked and determined to be in their original and resalable condition by the seller.

Damages

• Refunds or exchanges (where applicable) for any items damaged during transit.  To qualify, please keep all packaging and artwork as delivered and notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
• If, after unwrapping, damage is discovered to any item(s), the buyer must notify the seller within 24 hours of receipt (or first thing Monday if a weekend delivery) of any damage to item(s).
• The buyer must return any damaged item(s) using the seller’s approved courier, details will be given on request.
• The buyer must include the original packaging materials with the artwork when returning any damaged goods.

Shipping costs are shown for item(s) during the ordering process.  Details of packaging methods are available on request.

The copyright for all artwork remains with Tarimoor Art.

Miscellaneous

The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.  These Terms and Conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights.
