I sponsored the Gundog Scurry and Scramble in 2010, for the Dumfries and Galloway Country Fair. I met and chatted with Ollie's owner, and was delighted when they were overall winners of the Scurry and Scramble, and Ian contacted me with an idea for a more unusual composition. Ollie is a fabulous deep coloured golden retriever, and I hope I've done him justice with this portrait, and, if I manage to find the time, hope to see them again if they defend their title! |
