Old Elephant Bull (detail of face)

This pencil sketch shows an old elephant bull from Etosha in Namibia.  The craggy features of the older elephants provides a lovely subject.  The elephants in Etosha are quite often a chalky white and appear ghost like, after covering themselves in the pale mud and dust.
