Impala Ram

A pencil sketch of an impala ram in Chobe, Botswana.  This antelope is quite a common sight in many parts of Africa.  They are extremely agile and when startled by predators they have been observed to run as a herd together, leaping in high, long strides, which is thought to confuse their would be pursuers.
