African Wild Dogs Relaxing

These are some of the most endangered mammals in the world, portrayed here in chalk pastels, taking time out to relax in a puddle after a recent successful hunt.  Also known as the Painted or Cape Wolf, these dogs live and hunt as a communal pack.  They are known for their incredible stamina and are built for endurance.
